Garbage Pres

The wastes that are retained by the grates and removed from the system contain high amounts of water. Grid wastes are passed through a garbage press to reduce their volume, prevent environmental problems that may occur during transportation, and reduce transportation costs. Pressed waste is purified from water at a high rate and takes up less space.

The waste poured from the inlet hopper is moved towards the outlet pipe by means of a horizontal spiral conveyor. The pressing process is carried out with the resistance caused by friction in the angled-designed outlet pipe.

Wastes separated from the water they contain are transferred to the container or transportation system. A washing system is also added depending on the type of waste to be subjected to the pressing process. The water resulting from the compression and washing process is sent back to the purification system after being sieved. GARBAGE PRESS, which can be produced from AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality stainless steel, is protected with a torque system to prevent damage to the equipment in overload situations that may occur during the compression and pressing process.
