Linear Mechanical Grates
Evsel It is a pre-treatment equipment with the ability to hold solid wastes at a high rate, used in the physical treatment units of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants and at the entrance of the pumping stations before the deep sea discharge. It is ensured that the equipment and instruments in the units of the treatment plant and the pumping station after the pre-treatment are protected. These grids, which can be produced with different grid spacing, can be used as coarse and fine grids.
Linear Mechanical Screens placed at the appropriate angle to the approach channel, by measuring the water level difference in front of and behind the screen or by working automatically depending on time, remove the solid wastes. Cleaning combs are determined according to the channel depth and therefore the length of the grid. Solid wastes removed to the pouring height with cleaning combs are transferred to the container with a movable counter scraper made of PE material.
Grills, which can be produced from AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality stainless steel, are one of the most preferred pre-treatment equipment in terms of low operating cost, ease of installation and high treatment efficiency.
