They are equipment used to remove the waste from the screens in water and wastewater treatment plants or the sludge cake formed after the pressing process in sludge dewatering units and transport it to another area or to the vehicle where it will be transported. It is manufactured in different screw diameters and lengths depending on the type, amount and transportation distance of the waste to be transported.
When the waste to be transported is desired to be moved to a higher point, it is designed to be angled. The screw that carries the waste moves in a bed made of PE material. The body and legs of the Screw Conveyor are made of AISI 304-AISI 316 stainless steel material; The spiral part is manufactured from stainless steel or St 37+Epoxy protected.
