So\u011fuk iklimlerde sistemin hava \u015fartlar\u0131ndan etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131ca izolasyon yap\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Sistem PLC Logo ile kontrol edilmekte olup; d\u00f6nem d\u00f6nem n\u00fcfusun azal\u0131p  n\u00fcfusun de\u011fi\u015fenlik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda  yar\u0131 kapasite ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak \u015fekilde programlanarak  ar\u0131tma verimlili\u011findeki kalite korunmaktad\u0131r. Units forming BioSBR package treatment units<\/strong><\/h3>

1 - Approach Channel<\/p>

The wastewater to be taken to the package treatment unit is first passed through the screen placed in the approach channel and is the unit that is larger than 20 mm and where coarse wastes are removed. Depending on the amount of wastewater and the size of the facility, the grid to be used changes manually or automatically.<\/p>

2 - Preliminary Settling Tank<\/p>

It is the unit where Total Suspended Solid, which is contained in wastewater and is not biodegradable, is collected and precipitated. Thanks to this process, damage to equipment such as disc, diffuser and submersible pump in the treatment unit is prevented.<\/p>

3 - Balancing Tank<\/p>

It is the unit where wastewater is stored before the biological reactor and it is ensured that wastewater characteristics and flow rate oscillations, which may change during the day, are minimized. With the feed pump located in the balancing chamber, the same amount of wastewater is supplied to the biological reactor in each cycle.<\/p>

4 - Biological Reactor<\/p>

In BIOSBR package wastewater treatment units designed by \u00c7evtek Art\u0131m and operating according to the Sequencing Batch Reactor principle, the aeration, settling, (waiting) disinfection and discharge phases occur one after the other in the same reactor. According to the inlet dirt load and wastewater flow, the excess sludge formed in the reactor is removed from the system in periods of 4-8 months.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
